A clear process. From the first conversation.

Four practical steps help turn a timber requirement into a defined commercial brief.

HOW WE WORK

Clarity before
commitment.

  1. Share your brief

Start with the species, dimensions, grade, quantity and destination. Include drawings or document requirements in your description if relevant; arrangements for sharing files can follow.

  2. Clarify the requirement

We discuss your specification and the details needed to assess availability. Any alternatives should be agreed before a quotation is accepted.

  3. Review the quotation

Check the material description, price, quantity, delivery arrangements and payment terms together. Ask about any requirement that is not expressly included.

  4. Confirm the next steps

Once the commercial terms are agreed, retain your invoice and reference. Delivery and documentation follow the arrangements specified for the order.
